Member Access
Zen Zone amenities are available exclusively for Fitometry members.

 

Reservations
Reservations are required for all Zen Zone sessions. Appointments may be scheduled through the Member App or by contacting the Front Desk.

Cancellation Policy
To provide the best possible service for all members, cancellations must be made at least one (1) hour prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than one hour's notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full value of the scheduled service.

 

Arrival Time
Please arrive at the Zen Zone Reception Desk at least five (5) minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving early allows time for check-in and helps ensure your session begins promptly.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, your session may be shortened to accommodate the remaining appointment schedule. The full-service fee will still apply.

 

Maintain a Relaxing Environment
Please silence all cell phones and electronic devices before entering the Zen Zone. We ask that members speak quietly and respect the peaceful atmosphere for everyone enjoying the space.

 

Health Considerations
If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment. Certain wellness services may not be appropriate for individuals with specific medical conditions. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before using Zen Zone services and notify our team of any relevant medical conditions.

 

Personal Belongings

Please secure all personal belongings in the locker room or designated storage areas. Fitometry is not responsible for lost or unattended items.

Please respect your scheduled appointment time and the privacy of fellow members. Our goal is to provide every guest with a calm, comfortable, and rejuvenating wellness experience.
