At Fitometry, your child’s safety, comfort, and enjoyment are our highest priority. To ensure an
exceptional experience for every family, we kindly ask that the following guidelines be observed.

Reservations

➢ Reservations are required and must be secured through the Fitometry White App after adding
your child(ren) to your account (see concierge desk for assistance).
➢ Booking window: 72 hours to 12 hours in advance.
➢ For reservations made within 12 hours, please contact the club directly so we can assist you in
determining if childcare is available. Childcare availability cannot be guaranteed without a
reservation.

Childcare Guidelines

➢ A parent or legal guardian must remain on property for the duration of the child’s visit.
➢ The maximum visit duration is two (2) hours per child.
➢ Children will be released exclusively to the parent or legal guardian who completed check-in.
➢ For the safety of all children and due to allergy considerations, food, snacks, and beverages are
not permitted. Only water is allowed.
➢ Childcare attendants are unable to provide feeding, diaper changes, or bathroom assistance.
➢ Children who are unwell or displaying symptoms of illness will not be admitted.
➢ Parents or guardians will be promptly notified of any behavioral concerns.
➢ If your child has medical needs or special considerations, please inform the attendant at
check-in.
➢ Parents or guardians are expected to pause their workout should their child require attention.

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
